Spend a day enjoying the beautiful outdoors at the Pier. Take a spin on the Dolphin Queen sightseeing boat tour and you might spot dolphins, manatees and several species of birds; tours are held 7 days a week. The sea walls of the Pier are often lined with locals, and tourists alike, taking a bite at catching a fish of their own. The Pier Bait House has fishing poles available for rent and bait that can be purchased as well. If fishing is not your thing, take a ride on a two or four-seater bicycle, available for rent at Whimsical Wheels.

If you are trying to beat the heat, step inside the Pier and enjoy a collection of specialty stores or visit the Pier Aquarium on the second floor. The Pier Aquarium gives guests the opportunity to explore a variety of marine environments from Tampa Bay to the Caribbean and Pacific coral reefs.
